St Barbara Limited a global mining company that is
focused on growing gold production in Nova Scotia through development of the
15-Mile and Beaver Dam Consolidated Project located in Trafalgar, Nova Scotia,
Canada.  St Barbara is also currently reclaiming the Touquoy Gold Mine,
located in Mooseland, after mining activities concluded in late 2023.  Our
